Who We Are
HōMZ Management was founded by Michelle and Matthew Roque-Paskow, a sister and brother team who spent more than 25 years managing residential and commercial real estate before turning their attention to short-term rentals.
By the time HōMZ Management opened its doors, they had already overseen more than 4,000 units across South Florida. They knew what scale looked like. They also knew what scale costs: distant owners, rotating contractors, guests treated like ticket numbers. So they built the opposite. A small book of homes. One local team. One phone number that rings the people in charge.
