When you arrive at this woodsy neighborhood, you'll notice the friendly environment, beautiful trees, and well-maintained gardens. Park in the driveway at this end unit and enter the door into the spacious living room. A comfortable sofa, beautiful fireplace, 75" Smart T.V., and doors to the backyard make the living room airy and cozy. Adjacent to the living room is an area with additional seating and a beautiful piano. With such spacious common areas, this townhome is ideal for groups looking to spend time together. 

The upgraded kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and a walk-in pantry for storing your travel or game day snacks. A cute coffee nook in the kitchen is the perfect spot for cozying up with your morning coffee and a book. 

There is a half-bath near the kitchen, and then you'll see the Master bedroom. A Queen-sized bed dressed in luxurious, high-quality bedding awaits you! You'll find an 80" Smart T.V, double nightstands, and plenty of closet space in the Master bedroom. The ensuite bathroom has contemporary double sinks, a shower, and a separate bathtub. 

The oversized yard is fully fenced, private, and shaded by the gorgeous trees surrounding the home. The yard is great for playing outside with dogs, kids, or the whole group! Enjoy the Florida sun, sip on drinks while sitting on the outdoor couch, and let the dog run around on the grass. 

Walk up the stairs and find the laundry room to your left, stocked with towels and complete with an upgraded washer and dryer. Next, you'll find a small den area with a comfortable couch. Lounge, play a card game with the group, or maybe take a mid-day nap. Also, find a linen closet next to the den. 

The upstairs full-bathroom features double sinks and a door that separates the sink from the toilet and shower/tub. Next to the bathroom are two bedrooms, each with soft, clean, and comfortable Queen-sized mattresses for a good night's rest. With closet space, Smart T.Vs, and dresser space, these bedrooms will make you feel at home. 

Our guests have access to the Entire Home. Garage is not accessible to guests.

Clean Home 

We have always taken exceptional pride in our cleaning staff. Since the start of the pandemic, our cleaning protocols have been updated to comply with the CDC. 

We've added to our cleaning checklist to thoroughly disinfect all touch-points in the home. (Smart-lock keypad or lockbox, ALL door handles, cabinet handles). 

Our cleaning fee is typically higher than our competitors because we are proud to pay our cleaning staff a living wage and they always do an impeccable job for us. Read our reviews!! 

Hands-off check-in and check-out 

We are now allowing self-check-ins at all of our properties. We will require some information and phone contact with you before your arrival, but you will not see anyone in person at your vacation accommodation. There will be no surprise or unwanted visits. We understand that distance is essential during these times.
